Worm in the eye!!!

Hello All,
This is a patient I saw today, referred to me as a case of RD, and surprise surprise… here was a live worm in a cyst moving within the vitreous! This is the largest live and moving cyst I have seen in my career. A Question for you all (even non doctors) - Guess the species. Post your replies at [email protected]
